I'm impressed with Mr. Tosti and his firm. I shopped around and called up various law firms to inquiry about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Out of all those that I called, the Law Offices of Joseph M. Tosti stood out the most because of these reasons:

1. After expressing interest in filing for bankruptcy, Mr. Tosti personally called me back and booked me for an appointment. No other law firm did I get to speak directly to the person whose name is on the door / listing.

2. Mr. Tosti actually told me what to prepare and bring with me to get started before my free consultation appointment.

3. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait forever to see the attorney, in my case, Mr. Tosti. I was there maybe 10 minutes before it was my turn. Other places I wasn't seen until over an hour of my supposed appointment time. Seriously, what's the point of booking appointments if they aren't going to get to you until an hour or two later?!

4. Mr. Tosti was very informative and covered everything with me. He explained all the details and walked me through the entire process.

5. Mr. Tosti's fees were also the lowest of all the law firms I asked.

Overall, great service that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. I can't wait until my case file is finally done. A fresh start on my credit is something that is long over due for me.
